I went to a local Petsmart to buy some of the black friday specials. When walking around the store I saw 2 shoppers with a cart loaded of a special price cat litter. I also witnessed one of them opening one of the cat litter box on the floor. As I did not know what was going on I decided to ask what was the good deal about that item.
