We bought a fridge and decided that we actually wanted another one after we bought it. We went into the store and asked if the truck had left yet, and she said if it wasn't unloaded, we could make the switch. She called her movers and they said they already unloaded it, and there was nothing that they could do. We got home, and it was still in the truck and they hadn't even taken our old fridge out.
