I ordered the "free" trial as well, and I sent numerous emails and called numerous times for cancellation, and they still took 89.95 out of my account. When i called them they were very unprofessional and extremely rude, telling me they did not receive my cancellation in a timely manor. I disputed this transaction with my bank. I had to close my account to get them to stop.
