We have been dealing with Bank of America for over nine years. In Fall of 2008, my spouse and I lost our jobs. Feburary 2009, I called Bank of America informing them that by June of 2009, we would fall behind in our mortgage payments, therefore wanted to be considered for the home loan modification program..
