Guru Techno World is a shell company of a web scam SEO services based out of Chandigarh, India. I purchased SEO services from them over the July 4th weekend and paid 3 months in advanced for a large discount. Guru Techno World just recently opened up their new website so there wasn't much information about them at the time. Over the weekend of July 4th it seemed that they scammed quite a few people.
