I am absolutely disappointed in the service at Vodacom Sandton. I signed a contract with a new phone last week Thursday – to which I was told I could return the phone within 7 days and they would give me a new one immediately if there were any issues. I cannot make phone calls and send sms’s and when I went into Vodacom they said it will take up to 7 days to fix. I run a business and cannot afford to have no phone. Do not tell clients you will give them a new phone when Vodacom wont. I would like to know how to... read full review »
