a recent change to how this game works has been made and many items have been taken from accounts who have paid money in most occasions to accrue these assets! the items are queens/kings heros in the game. They are claiming it was a glitch in their system but as this has been existing for many years people took it as part of the game. I feel they are abusing their power and should not be able to do this.
