Since April 17, I have ordered several auctioned items from Direct Shopping Network, totaling more than $5, 000 and have called customer service only to be told that they would be shipped out by next week, to date, I still have not received any of the jewelry items only promises. Every time I try to contact customer service now, the phones don’t get answered. I have videoed taped the jewelry items auctioned when they were purchased. It's upsetting to see them on the air selling merchansise but never delivering your items, and taking your money. read full review »
