Do not order anything fulfilled by Topspin Media. I ordered a book and T-shirt on 6/22/11. They charged my credit card immediately. I ordered it through the Ziggy Marley site. The terms said "Usually ships within 72 hours". It was a $30 birthday gift plus $14.80 for shipping. As I checked status and nothing had changed, I contacted "customer service". This is only an email address. There is no phone number to call and I have not received any reply from customer service or any indication that they have any purpose other than taking my money.
