I mhave spent 3 hours on the Internet in an endeavour to arrange a private pickup of two small parcels to be collected from Rome and sent to London. I have been unsuccessful in finding a telephone number that actual works. I have been given a dozen numbers non of which are applicable for what I want. A simple pick up. I cannot find a single person to help. I am always blocked by requests for account numbers IDs Passwords none of which I have.I want a simple pickup of 2 small parcels from my home in Via margutta 60 Rome 00187 to be sent to a London address.
