I have taken a new Sim card for Vodafone connection of number 8006739480 at Meerut on 20-06-2011 and subsequently submitted my address proof to the Vodafone retail outlet. A week later I got a call from customer care regarding submission of address proof to revive my connectivity. Promptly I rushed to the retail owner regarding the issue.
