I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral home on Saturday, June 9, 2011. Upon arrival to the funeral home on Sunday, June 10th, the order was not there. I called and spoke to a representative that was kind and said that she would track the order to see why it was not delivered. I requested that they deliver it before the memorial service on Monday, June 11th. It was not delivered.
