I have been with Wells Fargo Auto Finance for about a year and have never missed a payment. On May 7th 2011 i sustained a leg injury that put me on Short term disability. I knew I was going to have a car payment due on May 19th. On May 9th I started calling Wells Fargo to ask for a 1month payment extension due to the fact that I knew I wasn’t going to have any income coming in for about 8-10 weeks due to my injury.
