the 1st problem we had was the a/c flooded the cars carpet very badly when we got hold of this elpaso dealership snd got the car in for service the problem was fixed but we need the carpet replaced and was toled that the carpet would b in by thursday july 7th to make sure i called on july 5th and was tolde to bring it in on the 7th so i got to the dealership at 8 am and when i was finaly seen b a rep i was toled that the carpet was not in yet (now i would like to know why on the 5th i was tolde to bring the car in on the 7th ) That was a huge... read full review »
