I am in this location everyday and I notice the same things happening when one particular supervisor is working. This supervisor walks past the counter clearly seeing me in line. She then goes and stands by the drive thru window and yells for staff to come from the kitchen to clear the line. It would have been a lot faster and I would have been a lot happier if she took the minute to serve me. Honestly I do not think this is the romodel you want for your staff..
