To whom it may concern, This letter is to share with you my dissatisfaction with PUROLATOR. My friend recently ordered something thru a website for my birthday and had it sent directly to my house thru Purolator. According to the receptionist I spoke to on July 12th and July 13th, Purolator tried to deliver my package on July 4th.
