I'm currently having to go through the process of raising a claim through trading standards because Bob is refusing to honour is warranty. Luckily it is looking promising for me as my blinds are clearly the wrong size for the window, but be warned, this man has no intention of honouring any kind of warranty if you do have a problem. Also, I do believe any good reviews you read about this guy are bogus, and are not real customers - he will go to any lengths! I've had no problems with Hillary's btw, or if I have they have always rectified it - which is the important thing! read full review »
