I discovered my rental deposit not being returned tome from the Owner(he was holding the deposit), only 6 months after we moved out of the house, due to the agent keeping quiet that she had not had the deposit returned to use a deposit on the next place we rented. To add to this, tyhe owner did not want to return it as he felt that the inspection was never done with him being there and thought the existing damage to the house was done by us when it was not.
