I have booked a room at the ibis hotel chambery, they have told me, that although there is room fora cot in the room I have booked, they do not have a travel cot/cot and will not supply one. He informed me I should bring my own or stay somewhere else!!! I think bringin my own from perth australia may be problematic. When my grandaughter reaches two, she would be allowed to sleep in a bed in the room, with no safety features. Shame on you Accor group, you are discriminating against a baby of 18months old. read full review »
