Purchase 6, 000 in custom made amish furniture, was told by the sales person that the warranty company would cover everything, including our dog if he scratched the furniture no problem. 500.00 dollars down the drain this company has come up with every single excuse you can think of not to honor our policy even those not related to the dog. Take pictures of all of the damage, fill out leghtly form which has to be snail mailed a long wait and for them to finally email us a long list of why every request would not be covered. Do not buy an extended warranty from these guys hugh waste of money. read full review »
