Bid TV have no ability to solve problems when things go wrong (and systems that protect them but offer no possibility of the customer receiving service). I made a purchase from Bid TV. I paid for the item and a high charge to them for delivery. The goods did not arrive. I spoke twice to 'Customer Services'. Both times they said they would trace the goods.
