I am extremely frustrated as well! I have been on the phone with them all morning trying to get a waiver to get my official transcripts so I can get my intern cert so I can teach. I have three more classes to take here which require me to have my cert. But because I have a low balance on my account - I don't work in the summer therefore have no money to pay it - they won't let me get them.
