Hello current and future customers; I also, brought my car under Wachovia dealer services, and the customer service was wonderful. Then Wachovia was brought out by well Fargo Services, a nightmare. If you having a problem paying the car payment, due to unemployment good luck they are so, rude and their managers the same, they do not want to work with you, they read of a card, so they do not listen, to what you are saying.
