I, S.k.Krishna kumar residing at chennai purchased the watch during 2009, unfortunately the glass got broken.So when i gave it for service to change the glass they kept the watch for about 15 days & said that the particular models glass is not available at the factory itself.Hence I want to know why that particular brand was sold when u don't have the option of changing new spares or repairing it .
