Pride Home Care (Pride Home Projects) undertook a major paint job at my residence. They gave a firm verbal agreement that they would return to do a number of 'touch ups' both to parts of the outside paint job and to the sitting room area inside, where they had left a wall in two different paint colours (not according to spec)!
