I am going through hell with this company, They took almost £100 although it was supposed to be a free trial, they took my money before even sending me the item, seeing this price I sent it back straight away and waited for my refund but I didn't get a thing, I emailed so many times and they just got ignored them. I phoned them up back in May, (it all started in February), I was told that they had received the parcel return and were going to issue my refund within 3-5 days.
