I purchased a 2011 Escape, in May 2011, I have bumper to bumper warranty with an additional extended warranty that I purchased. I had an issue with the air conditioner condenser, they told me a rock hit it and it had to be replaced, however it was physical damage they say, so it is not covered. So after 2 car payments they want me to replace the part which is over 700.00, obviosly there is a design problem here, every other ford that I have looked at has some type of protection in the front end of the vehicles so this doesn't happen.
