I am pretty patient with people and it takes a lot for me to blow up. Enter verizon agents. I had placed an online order for a new phone upgrade and some accessories. (these items were not in store as of yet, but available online). I received a confirmation email and then I find out later that the order was cancelled without any explanation. I try again with a different payment method. Again, confirmation email and then soon after a cancellation email. I call customer service and the agent has no idea why that happened.
