Ordered over phone (prerecored order system) a Sobakawa Cloud Pillow for $19.99 + & $7.95 S&H and suppose to get a extra free Sobakawa Cloud Pillow for additonal $7.95 S&H for total of $35.89 was charged $63.83 on my card and no way to cancel order or reach this company to talk to a customer rep. very upset just want to cancel order all together now.
