I switched my service provider to AT&T because of a better deal. Phone and high speed internet for 50.00 Just a little less than I was paying, so i took the deal. It took two weeks to get my internet running because they sent the wrong modem. They gave me like a 4.00 credit. I got my first bill that 50.00 turned into 185.00. So I called and ask what the heck and was told oh you had this charge and that charge, All calls recorded right check out my call and they would know I was never told about any extrz charges.
