In August, AAA recommended the Occidental Hotel in Cozumel Mexico. Upon arrival, the room had a broken air conditioner, ants in the entire room, bedcomforter, walls, headboard, etc. After complaining, finally got a new room, room smelled of mildrew from leak in bathroom. Hotel claimed to have 5 restuarants, but failed to tell you that 1.lunch, 2. dinner, 3. breakfast, and the other 2 are at their descrision. No PIZZA parlor that they claim to have eeither. No water sports that they claim to have. I want my money back, NO credit to anyother of their properties they endorse!!! read full review »
