Hi, I had airtel DTH (SD) and I wanted to upgrade to HD DTH. I sent SMS on 12th July 2011 regarding upgrade and immediately I got a call from this number 022- 41304100 mentioning they're from Airtel Sales Team and told they received request for HD upgrade. They gave me details of package, and I was told to make a payment of Rs.2250/. for HD Upgrade. They insisted that I can make payment only through IVR using credit card and I agreed for the same.
