House of Fraser unfortunately changed their financial services to Santander since then I can only describe my account as having a catalogue of errors. They had a system malfunction which failed to take the direct debit; this was apparently my fault - how? I was charged interest and card on hold for 6 weeks; apparently I shouldn't be so reliant on credit cards. Yes, that is what a member of staff told me. What century do these people live in?
