This company is a fraud. I have spent hundreds of dollars on bid packs and won lots of auctions...THE ITEMS NEVER SHIP!! It has been almost three months and I still have not received ONE ITEM!!! They do not respond to emails and forget about calling their customer service line. It is a call center in Alabama with less than intelligent customer service reps that give you no information. However they will send you a refund for the 25 cents that you won the item for...but forget about the hundreds of dollars that you spend buying the bid pack... read full review »
