I n January 2011 I rented a van off Tony at LC Van Rentals 0844 292 0872 for collection the following day. (Booking No. TD513441) I was asked to deposit 400.00 into the account of a Mr Thomas in order to hold the van which would be deducted off the total account. On the morning of Collection I was informed I would have to pay an excess of £1000.00 ontop of the total of the van hire before I could have the vehicle.
