I had a party of four, college age, go to Applebees. We all ordered wings. It was 45 minutes before we got out wings, which are an appetizer. Our waiter told us that they had a misunderstanding in the kitchen and it got busy. However, they were not very busy and we saw families come and go before we even received our food. When we asked to receive our food for free because we were at the point we were going to leave because it was taking too long, the waiter said "i don't think that can happen" and went to get his manager.
