Like all the other complaints I signed up for $5 for 2 coffee mugs and a sample of coffee. They immediately charged my account 38.85, which I didn't see on my statement for a month. in the meantime I received another shipment of 4 bags of coffee. I called their customer service and she said it was probably a mistake from what she could determine and that I should just enjoy the free coffee.
