Dear Sir/Madam, *This is to draw your attention towards the way Airtel company treats their customer. I am having a prepaid connection with Airtel. Its a lifetime connection. On 15-07-2011 at 3:54:22 pm I received a message from AD-54321 containing “Thanks for downloading hungama content game from Airtel.you have been charged Rs 40.” & when I check my balance Rs 40 has been deducted from there.
