My phone got stolen ten months ago. I reported it and contacted cell c and waited for them to inform me if i am insured or not. I have sent off all the paper work a couple of times with promises from them to sort it out, In the mean time i am paying every month and got no use of a phone and neither a simcard. My free minutes that forms part of the package, i cant even use. Ten times 450-500 rands a month. Its almost five thousand rand A gentleman named Jonas assist me with promises and promises and promised me to sent me a form so i can choose a new phone. Nothing. We keep on calling and no response.
