Returned the product within the trial period (I was unable to take, due to drug interaction). Spoke with a Service Rep, was given all the "information" I needed to send the product back and was told I would receive a credit to my card with 3 days. This was back in March and I am still waiting. When you try to speak with a representative you can wait for a VERY VERY long time. I am on hold now for 15 minutes and still waiting. Just received a "msg" while waiting that the "hold time" could be in excess of 30 minutes. I have never received such poor customer service! All I want is a credit that is due. read full review »
