3. Problem: We have had 2 experiences at Pat O'Brien Chevy. The first seemed wonderful at first. We love the car we purchased and the sales associate was great at the time. The problems did not arise until after we left the lot in our new vehicle. Upon trying to renew the license tags we noticed the dealership never transferred the plates from our trade in to the new vehicle.
