Tony threw a little hissy fit and cancelled my order back in December 2010. More than 50 emails later (and countless calls), and I still have no refund of the £456 they owe me. On 6 occasions they have promised the BACS transfer was lined up, but it never happens. I can never get an explanation as to why. I have requested their company number, their business address, also the phone number of their accounts department.
