The CCAC Rescue Team and Smokey the Dog they hold Hostage Melissa Impens major complaints concerning Smokey the dog they have held hostage from the owner, having no vaccinations, rabies shots, vet visits, fenced in yard and that he was not neutered. The CCAC currentley has a chip-in to raise 1,000 why because they have quite a few animals that are not spayed and neutered!
