These people have been on a mission to take my home since they purchased my mortgage from Flagstar 2 years ago!!! Not kidding.. I have never been late on a payment, but boy oh boy have they made things difficult. Because I had a BK a few years ago, they have been able to apparently use that as an excuse not to provide me with statments, coupon books or on line access. I have to a cat and mouse game every month to figure out what my payment is... (adjustable rate) and they have failed to credit several principal payments (gee) I have also gotten hit w/ erroneous late fees, when late.
