I applied to the ad after being out of work for so long, and using the most high tech methods, various job boards, playing phone tag with receptionists and human resource departments. Ironically I stumbled on this ad the old fashioned way: reading the paper while I went to lunch. I was lucky to have an interview with the regional manager right away.
