Recently had a power window repair done on a Mini Cooper. The window was 'crunching' when it went down OR up. Just by my description of the problem, he ordered a BRAND NEW part from the local Mini dealership, and had my window working like new in a short time right in my driveway. In addition, he recommended I get the window film replaced, as it was sticking to the rubber moulding. The window film was replaced at NO COST, and my windows are now quiet, smooth and I consider this person a true craftsman. -jj & barb read full review »
