When I purchased my Rockwood Trailer from their sales person James Traxler - the experience was extremely positive. HE provided great service, follow up and ensured I got the trailer that met my needs and requirements. I couldn't have been happier. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated rapidly once it came to delivery of the trailer and ongoing service of the unit.
