I had the same experiance with my HTC phone, But when HTC representative explained to me in detailed that the individual parts price of a certain htc device doesnt based on how much retailers sold in the market. I was confused then and was about to complain in DED ( dubai economic dpt.) but eventually made up my mind that the HTC service center were not the one's deciding on how much the price of specific device parts given to client but the HTC alone.
