What a refreshing conversation with a nice lady named Roxanne who really wanted to help me with my recent ambulance bill. As you can imagine, it was a bill I wasn't expecting around the holidays and she walked me through some options that made it easier to pay. No one likes to pay their collection bill but she worked it out so if I paid by a certain date it wouldn't go on my credit. I would definitely work with Roxanne if you get a call from them.
