I have had my morgage payment deposited in the wrong account by a wells fargo customer service person. It took them over six months to correct, even though I had all the information showing what account they put it into. I spent hundreds of hours on this ridiculous charade while they were threatening me with a foreclosure. In the last two months I have received various phone calls stating that a cusromer servcie rep needed my social security number to process information.
